Studio Care & House Rules
You'll confirm and sign the points below as part of your booking above — they're listed here so you know what to expect.
• Leave it tidy: equipment packed away, rubbish in bins, furniture returned. A $180 restoration fee applies if the studio is left untidy — or pre-pay a clean for $120.
• $80 deep-clean surcharge for any unapproved glitter, confetti, fake blood, or smoke machines.
• 2nd floor, stairs only — no lift. Please plan equipment & guests accordingly.
• Bookings are confirmed only after team review & payment in full. Email your receipt to hola@lafabrica.com.au and we'll send your Studio Access Guide within 30 minutes.

Alcohol
La Fabrica does not sell alcohol on the premises. Any alcohol brought to the studio is the responsibility of the hirer and must comply with all applicable laws.
