Studio Care Agreement
Please acknowledge before booking
I agree to return the studio to its original tidy state — equipment away and all rubbish in bins. (DIY Clean — Free)
I understand a $180 Restoration Fee applies if the studio is left untidy, floors are excessively marked, or furniture is not returned.
I acknowledge the $80 deep-clean surcharge for unapproved use of glitter, confetti, fake blood, or smoke machines.
I note La Fabrica is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift/elevator), and will plan accordingly.

7+ days: Full refund or one-time reschedule
48hrs–7 days: 50% cancellation fee
Under 48hrs: Non-refundable
Cleaning Options
DIY Clean: Free — tidy up yourself
Pre-Paid Clean: $120 (requested in advance)
Restoration Fee: $180 if left untidy
Overtime
30 min bump-in & bump-out included free. Time beyond booking (outside grace period) billed at $99/hr.
Minimum Hire
Minimum 2-hour hire applies to all bookings. Hourly rate is $99/hr. Contact us for bespoke arrangements.
